Meet the Leadership Team
Graham founded Ocean Healthcare in 2003. Since then he has been responsible for the strategic direction and development of the company. With extensive experience within the consumer healthcare industry Graham loves brands and looking at new trends and opportunities.
Sharon joined the Ocean Healthcare team in 2020 following senior finance roles in FMCG multi national and sales & distribution businesses including Unilever, Nestle, and most recently as Finance Director with Stafford Lynch. She leads the finance & operations teams. Her extensive experience contributes commercial awareness, as well as financial and business process expertise to Ocean and our brand partners.
Caroline has a wealth of senior-level FMCG experience across many international beauty and personal care brands from roles with Coty, United Drug, and Glaxo Wellcome.
Caroline leads the Marketing team and is highly experienced in strategic marketing management and annual campaign planning and implementation both offline and online.
A dynamic sales manager, Karoline joined Ocean healthcare in 2020. Karoline brings a wealth of sales experience with a proven track record of delivering results through strategic planning, building and managing strong relationships within the retail sector. Karoline is highly skilled in account management, team leadership, negotiation and business planning.
